• What to Bring

  • Please wear waterproof clothing such as ski wear and rain wear.
  • Please wear waterproof, high-cut shoes such as snow boots, mountain climbing shoes, and snowboard boots.
  • Please protect yourself from the cold by wearing a hat that covers your ears and ski gloves.
  • On sunny days, it is helpful to wear sunglasses to prevent snow glare.

• Additional Info

  • The event will be held even in inclement weather, unless there is a blizzard or rain. In the case of cancellation, we will call you on the day of the event to the phone number you provided when you applied.
  • During periods when there is little snow, such as at the beginning or end of the season, tours will be conducted using traditional Japanese tools to protect the mountain trail.
  • In order to accommodate as many customers as possible, we do not allow reservations for multiple days by the same customer. If it turns out that you have made a reservation for multiple days, you will be charged a cancellation fee for the unused days.
  • If you wish to cancel due to inconvenience, please contact us by email.
