  • 参加対象は小学３年生以上です。

• Restrictions

  • Children under the age of 5 must be accompanied by a guardian, as their body temperature regulation function is not fully developed.

• What to Bring

  • Swimwear or clothes that can get wet
  • Towel
  • Changing clothes after the experience
  • Please bring a warm jacket depending on the season

• Additional Info

  • In order to accommodate as many customers as possible, we do not allow reservations for multiple days by the same customer. If it turns out that you have made a reservation for multiple days, you will be charged a cancellation fee for the unused days.
  • If you wish to cancel due to inconvenience, please contact us by email.
  • When a refund occurs, we will take steps to return the refund amount to your credit card.
